CONDITIONS

Exhibits must be in place by 9.30am on Friday 27th October 2017, at which time judging will commence. All Exhibits must have been made by the exhibitor. Exhibitors are to provide their own transport bags (Glad Oven Bags for clear vision). To facilitate handling, please place exhibits on a firm flat base or plate. Exhibits can be collected on Saturday 28th October between 6.00 & 7.00pm.

  2. Christmas Pudding (Steamed in basin)
  3. My Favourite Cake, variety of cake to be attached
  4. Banana Cake, iced
  5. My Favourite Slice, 6 pieces, baked
  6. Ginger Cake
  7. Orange Cake, iced
  8. Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Icing, Decoration of your choice, square tin.
  9. Carrot Cake, not iced
  10. Muffins, 3 sweet
  11. Jubilee Twist
  12. Something to serve “After dinner with coffee”, 2 varieties, 6 pieces, uncooked
  13. Biscuits, 6 any variety
  14. Shortbread, 6
  15. Muffins, 3 savoury
  16. Lamingtons, 3
  17. Plain Scones, 6 round plain cut
  18. Scones, 6 any variety (eg. Savoury or Fruit) round

  20. Homemade Bread, 1 White loaf to be at least 12 hours old, baked in breadmaker
  21. Homemade Bread, 1 Wholemeal or Grain Loaf to be at least 12 hours old, baked in

breadmaker

  1. 1 Bottle Preserved Fruit and 1 Jar of Jam
  2. Bottled Fruit, 3 distinct varieties
  3. Collection of Jams, 3 distinct varieties
  4. 1 Jar of Lemon Butter
  5. 1 Jar of Marmalade
  6. 1 Jar of mixed Mustard Pickles and 1 Jar of Chutney or Relish
  7. Dried or Dehydrated fruit or vegetables, approx. 100gms
