RAM PAVILION

The Katanning Trade Fair is held each year in conjunction with the annual Katanning Show
at the Katanning Leisure and Function Centre. The Fair is set up inside the MAIN pavilion which
has ample power, natural and artificial lighting and a sprung wooden floor.

Other SHOW displays and services requiring to be indoor
can book and set up indoor sites in the Ram Pavilion.
This pavilion also has ample power, natural and artificial lighting,
but has a durable ‘walk-top’ style floor.

SCROLL DOWN FOR CONTRACT FORMS

This pavilion is made available to exhibitors for indoor site
but it has special provisions for use as follows:

  1. The Katanning Recreation and Leisure Centre is a ‘Smoke Free’ facility.
  2. Any damages are to be reported immediately to management.
  3. Blutak only is to be used on windows.
  4. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted unless prior permission has been
    received from the Shire of Katanning.  Glass containers are not permitted.
  5. Persons using any facility of the Katanning Recreation and Leisure Centre are
    not to interfere in any way with any equipment of the facility without direction
    of management.
  6. Persons of any organisation or club are not permitted entry into the store room
    without authorisation from management.

5: NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER 22nd SEPTEMBER, 2017.
6: NO EXHIBIT IS TO BE REMOVED PRIOR TO 6.00pm, SATURDAY, 28 OCTOBER, 2017
